GCM Playgroup

Dates:Thursdays, Starting - January 12, 2017, 3:30pm-5pm
Cost: GCM Members Free | Non-Members $5 *caregivers free!

Pay at admission desk on arrival or purchase tickets online. Pre-registration is encouraged.

Connect with other parents and caregivers of young children (Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers) at the Greensboro Children’s Museum each week for a standing playdate!  Meet a Museum educator for a kick-off activity and then go exploring, playing, and learning in the Museum together.  GCM Playgroup meets every Thursday at 3:30pm from September through May.

Cost: $14 GCM Members | $14 Non-Members Class fee includes admission to the Greensboro Children’s Museum for the participant and one adult on the day of the class. 

Drop-off program for ages 3-5 years. 

Join us in the garden as winter turns to spring! In this hands-on preschool program, we will explore The Edible Schoolyard together, playing and learning all along the way. This garden series will focus on a different theme each week.

Family Cooking Class: Afternoon Tea

Saturday, May 6, 2:00-3:30 pm
Ages: 5 and up with caregiver
Cost: GCM Members $30 | Nonmembers $35

Description: Join us, as we partner with Teavana, for a fun afternoon tea featuring seasonal sweet and savory treats! You’ll learn to prepare a perfect cup of tea and delicious tea-infused recipes to share with your little one.

On the menu: fruity iced tea, tea sandwiches, rooibos chai shortbread cookies, strawberries with tea infused whipped cream, & hot teas to accompany
