Guest Services Team Leader
The Guest Services Team Leader keeps the Museum floor safe, organized, and in good working order by managing floor staff and volunteers through their assigned daily tasks. The Guest Services Team Leader will support all staff and volunteers on the Museum floor and should have strong supervisory and customer service skills. This person will actively manage staff during Museum operations, work with front desk operations and point-of-sale system to assist during high traffic times, breaks, and lunch coverage and is a first responder to emergencies and injuries.
