mini yogis (ages 3-5)

An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 11, 2020
We’re planting the seeds of yoga to stimulate imagination, maintain flexibility, and develop conscious breathing in this interactive 6-week series for ages 3-5. We’ll combine yoga poses with rhythm, literacy, games and mindfulness techniques for a creative and fun hour! Each week will focus on a different theme.
january 7: Be Kind – We will practice yoga with a focus on ways to be kind to ourselves, others and the environment.
january 14: Be Thankful – We will practice yoga with a grateful heart; to ourselves, loved ones, and this wonderful planet we call home!
january 21: Be Generous – We will share our practice today with our fellow yogi friends, focusing on partner and group poses.
january 28: Be Healthy – We will practice yoga being mindful about ways to take care of our bodies, inside & out!
february 4: Be Happy – We will practice yoga noticing our feelings and learning ways to manage those ever-changing emotions.
february 11: Be Love – Yoga can help us really highlight the joy love can bring to our lives. We will practice ways to express our love as well as receiving this beautiful gift.sold out! join waitlist
