ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup ground flax seed
¼ cup dried shredded coconut
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions:
- Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, shredded coconut, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Form the mixture into small balls using your hands. Arrange them on a baking sheet and freeze or refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
