2 ripe avocado
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a medium-size bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mash it all together with a fork until it is smooth and creamy.
